  • Apple Vacations Gift Cards are only valid on vacation packages or activities purchased through Apple Vacations.
  • Apple Vacations Gift Cards may only be redeemed at www.AppleVacations.com, by calling Apple Vacations at 1-800-517-2000, or via a travel agent (unless otherwise noted).
  • To redeem online:

    Visit www.AppleVacations.com and price your package as you normally would. On the payment page, select the gift card payment option and complete the required information.

  • To redeem by phone:

    Inform the customer care specialist that you are redeeming an Apple Vacations Gift Card and provide the requested information.

  • To redeem via a travel agent (unless otherwise noted):
    Simply visit your favorite travel agent and ask for Apple Vacations. After planning your vacation, inform your travel agent that you are utilizing an Apple Vacations Gift Card and they will apply the available funds from your Gift Card to your package.

Apple Vacations Gift Card Terms and Conditions

General Information

  • An Apple Vacations Gift Card is non-refundable, has no expiration date, is fully transferable, and is not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed
  • An Apple Vacations Gift Card is VOID if altered or obtained fraudulently.
  • An Apple Vacations Gift Card is not a credit or debit card and has no implied warranties.
  • Apple Vacations reserves the right, and holder or purchaser of the card agree, that Apple Vacations may at any time change the terms of the program or contract with another third party to administer the Apple Vacations Gift Card program.
  • An Apple Vacations Gift Card may not be resold by any unlicensed vendor under penalty of law; unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.

Purchasing a Apple Vacations Gift Card

  • An Apple Vacations Gift Card can be purchased at www.AppleVacations.com or by calling 1-800-517-2000.
  • A delivery charge will be added to the total amount of your order and will vary based on the delivery type selected.
  • Only forms of payment with billing addresses in the United States are eligible for Apple Vacations Gift Card purchases.

Delivery of an Apple Vacations Gift Card

The following additional rules and regulations apply to cards delivered via USPS:

  • An Apple Vacations Gift Card can ship via standard USPS Mail at no additional cost and usually arrives within 7 – 10 business days.
  • An Apple Vacations Gift Card can ship via USPS Priority Mail at a cost of $8.00 per order and usually arrives within 2 – 5 business days.
  • Apple Vacations Gift Cards requested after 6:00 pm CT will be processed the next business day.
  • An Apple Vacations Gift Card cannot be shipped internationally or to APO/FPO addresses. Express delivery cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
  • Apple Vacations is not responsible for Apple Vacations Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to inaccurate delivery information.
  • Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Redeeming your Apple Vacations Gift Card

  • Apple Vacations Gift Cards may only be redeemed at www.AppleVacations.com, by calling Apple Vacations at 1-800-517-2000, or via a travel agent (unless otherwise noted).
  • Each purchase is deducted from the balance of the card. If the package price is greater than the value of the Apple Vacations Gift Card, the difference may be paid with a credit card and/or an Apple Vacations Travel Credit. If the purchase price is less than the value of the Apple Vacations Gift Card, the balance will remain on the card until it is decreased to zero, at which time the card will be deactivated.
  • An Apple Vacations Gift Card will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check, or credit except where required by federal or applicable state law.
  • An Apple Vacations Gift Card redeemed for travel is nonrefundable. If travel is not taken, funds may be applied towards applicable supplier fees and penalties. Any remaining funds will be issued in the form of a new Apple Vacations Gift Card.
